CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS MANAGER

The Role and responsibility of the Client Relationship Manager is to develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new clients. To be the first point of contact for all communication between clients and the organisation. To understand client’s needs and to manage the interaction with the organisation.

Position reports to: CEO of Kishugu Aviation

Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant B-degree and experience in the Agriculture, Forestry or Environmental Sector;
  • Must have a deep understanding of all aviation related Forestry, Agriculture and Conservation Sector applications and
  • Commercial Pilots licence would be advantageous;
  • Willing to travel extensively country wide and operate close to air bases and client location

Minimum Experience:

  • 5 Years’ relevant experience in management
  • Aviation industry experience
  • Strong project management experience in the Forestry or Environmental Industry which include manage, coordinate and assist with forest fire fighting. Have experience in all aspects of the forest lifecycle and forest

Key Performance Areas:

The Client Relationships Manager is responsible to:

  • Oversee and implement goals and standards for operational integrity, client service levels, costs and budgeting.
  • Client communication, interaction relationship development and managing expectations
  • Drafting, negotiating, monitoring and manages client contracts
  • To ensure proper adherence of compliance with client contracts
  • Understanding and coordination of all internal functions and departments service delivery
  • Positive relationships with existing industry
  • Develop and present proposals and bid submissions to existing and potential client
  • Very close working relationship and co-ordination with existing Business Development functions and team
  • Drafting and developing reports and statistics for internal and external

Planning

  • Assist with client and company resource planning and placements

Contract and Stakeholder relationship Management

  • Audit customer satisfaction and perceptions regarding contract management
  • Draft seasonal client climate surveys

Operations Management

  • Working in conjunction with the group management team
  • Support and problem solving
  • Verify client invoicing and collection of debtors
  • Client information sharing

Administration

  • Attend and participate in relevant meetings
  • Periodic reports to be submitted timeously

The candidate must be able to travel. Three-month probation period, thereafter permanent appointment should the candidate meet the requirements and expectations. BOOKKEEPER (Temporary)

Position reports to: HOD: Logistics (Operational) / Finance (Functional)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Own transport
  • Good interpersonal and communication
  • Computer literate – Pastel Partner/Evolution and MS Office
  • Competent in Pastel Partner/Evolution and sound knowledge of bookkeeping and related processes
  • Focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to function independently
  • Flexible, ability to work in a team, takes instruction, give instruction
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Minimum Experience:

  • Grade 12
  • Bookkeeping or Accounting Qualification
  • Experience as a Bookkeeper or Financial Controller will be advantageous

Key Performance Areas:

  • Processing Customer and Supplier Invoices
  • Distributing Customer invoices and statements
  • Report on discrepancies in Debtors & Creditors Age Analysis and keep Customers and Supplier Master file information up to date
  • Reconciliation of Customer and Supplier Accounts
  • Capturing / preparing and processing of customer and supplier payments
  • Capturing / reconciliation of cash books
  • Establish and maintain proper relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Filing and focus on bookkeeping and general administrative tasks
  • Any ad hoc duties required by the HOD
  • must execute administrative duties within the Aircraft Fuel Division
